Oldest Bank in County Keeps Getting Older!

No mergers or acquisitions here -- we're a locally owned and managed community bank that's been here since 1870.

We did change our name back in 1918 from the German Bank of Carroll County to Carroll County State Bank (World War I and all...)  But our ownership has always been local. So have the decisions. And the management.
