Mobile Banking balance text instructions

Your Dial in Number is 888-441-2537


 

 

 

1. After accessing the mobile text entrance link fill out your User ID and Password. These will be the same User ID and Password for your CCSB online banking.


2. Answer the 3 questions as displayed below.  These questions will be
the same as online banking with CCSB. Then press submit.
(Questions may vary depending on the questions you selected
when you set up your Online Banking Account)


3. Click on the "Register My Device" link


4. Enter your (text capable) cell phone number in the boxes below and select
the next button.


5. Click on the "Add a new device" link to register your phone.



6. In the drop down box select the cell phone network provider that you use. Then select the next button.



7. Select the radio button for "My Phone" or "Email Address" Then select
the next button.



8. Select what you prefer to have texted to you.  Account Balances will send
you your balances & Last 3 transactions will text you your last 3 transactions.
You also have the choice of both.  Then select the next button.



9. Next select a 4 digit PIN number and select the next button.


10. Verify that the information is correct, then select the confirm button.
If the information is incorrect use the back button.


11. After this confirmation page select home or close your browser. 
Your dial-in number is 888-441-2537.  Call this number, enter your
pin & your balances will be texted to you.

You must be enrolled in Carroll County State Bank’s Online Banking service to use the Mobile Banking Website or Mobile Banking Text Messaging.
You may be charged access rates depending on your carrier. Web access is required to use Mobile Banking. Check with your service provider for details on specific fees and charges.
